ENTRY FEES FOR COMPETITORS
For Fenix Rally 2026, entry fees will remain at the same level as 2025, despite rising costs across the sector.
The objective is clear: to keep the rally accessible to a wider range of participants, without compromising the quality of the event.

PROMO RATE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promotional price is valid for registrations made till May 31, 2026, with payments made in accordance with the specified terms.
Step 1) Down Payment (Non-Refundable). Due immediate upon application/registration
– 1400 EUR for ENDURO and ATV
– 2400 EUR for SSV, Cars and Trucks
Step 2) Second Installment. Deadline: extended till 30th June 2026
– 1000 EUR for Enduro
– 2000 EUR for SSV and Cars
– 3000 EUR for Trucks
Step 3) Third Installment. Deadline: extended till 15th August 2026
– Remaining balance of the entry fee
– Fees for additional people, vehicles and services
Step 4) – Final Installment. Deadline: extended till 15th September 2026

We handle everything in-house to simplify your journey.
Equipment Rentals of: Satellite Tracking Device, Rally Safety System, IRIS Digital Road, Book and NAV-GPS device*.
Professional Organization: Top-level rally organization and full operational services, including timekeeping, stage design, route marking, and experienced marshals
Accommodation: Accommodation package in comfort hotels, based on the official rally program. Shared rooms are included as standard.
Catering:Breakfast, lunch package, and dinner on all rally days.
Water free of charge at the rally control zones and in the hotels/bivouac.
Local SIM Cards: Complimentary Tunisian SIM card.
Insurance: General third-party liability coverage.
Administrative Essentials: Competitor ID card, race numbers, stickers, and all required rally documentation
Rally Rights: Participation in prologue, seven competitive stages and the official award ceremony.
Professional Medical Assistance: Professional medical support including helicopter evacuation and an experienced off-road and desert rally medical team, equipped with 4×4 ambulances.
Recovery Services: Dedicated recovery fleet ready to assist competitors in dunes and remote terrain.
Personal Fan Shop Gift - An exclusive Fenix Rally–themed gift from the official fan shop.
* The IRIS mounting kit is supplied separately, allowing competitors to choose the setup
that best fits their vehicle. Mounting kits are purchased rather than rented.

An "Additional Person" refers to anyone other than the driver and co-driver(s), such as a mechanic, friend, guest, spectator, fan, family member, etc.
An "Additional Vehicle" refers to any vehicle other than the rally vehicle, including service vehicles, campers, buses, vans, etc.
Registration for an Additional Person provides access to the rally infrastructure and designated service areas, allowing supporters to be part of daily rally life at the bivouac and along the route.
Registration includes an administrative set, a personal Fan Shop gift, professional medical assistance, and shared accommodation within the official rally hotel package.
Official rally catering (breakfast, lunch package, and dinner) is included, along with a local SIM card for reliable communication.
Vehicle registration grants access to rally infrastructure and designated service areas. Each vehicle receives an official service sticker.
GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
If a competitor cancels an entry or fails to make payment by the due dates, the following refund policy will apply:
– For withdrawals on or before 30 June 2026, the down payment will be retained to cover administrative and organizational costs.
– For withdrawals between 1 July 2026 and 30 August 2026, 50% of fees already paid will be refunded; however, the down payment will still be retained.
– For withdrawals after 30 August 2026, no refunds will be issued.
